1. 7-Day Guarantee
All new subscriptions come with a 7-day guarantee. If you experience technical issues that cannot be resolved within this period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. No Refunds After 7 Days
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period. Once your subscription is active beyond this period, payments cannot be returned.
3. Service Guarantee
We strive to provide uninterrupted service. If service is disrupted due to server downtime or technical failures on our side, we will provide account credit or a subscription extension for the affected period.
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by:
- Internet connection problems on your end
- Device or app compatibility issues
- Misuse of the service or violation of our terms
4. Subscription Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop automatic renewal.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods beyond the 7-day guarantee.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
